Model overview based on user reviews
The SanDisk Ultra Flair USB flash drive is appreciated for its compact size and attractive design, making it convenient to carry around, especially when attached to a keychain. Users note that it performs well with small volumes, offering speeds up to 70 MB/sec for the first 1.2 GB. However, several reviews highlight a significant drop in speed after this point, with some experiencing speeds as low as 25 MB/sec or even worse than USB 2.0. A common concern is the excessive heat generated during use, attributed to its metal casing, which can make it uncomfortable to handle. While some users find it suitable for basic storage needs, others report issues with connectivity and speed consistency, suggesting potential defects in certain models. Overall, the SanDisk Ultra Flair is seen as a budget-friendly option, but those requiring high-speed performance for larger files might need to consider alternatives.

I took it for storing files. I don't know about others, but for me, it doesn't heat up like others say that you could burn your hands, maybe it is indeed a defect, that's not excluded. The speed didn't drop while writing files, I haven't noticed it. And it surprises me that our people take the cheapest or inexpensive products and expect that it will work not for 300 UAH, but like for 1000+)) Price, volume. Sometimes it does not connect the first time. No further issues were found. |
overall, it's okay, but we don't expect anything outstanding in terms of speed; when working with large volumes and speed requirements, it's better to look for another option. good speed on small volumes up to 1.2 GB, compact size. -Very hot while recording, due to the metal case it's hard to hold (very hot) -The speed drops three times after recording 1.2 GB, i.e., the first 1.2 GB is up to 70 MB/sec, after 1.2 GB it's 25 MB/sec use SanDisk Ultra Flair month or more |
