The selection of various built-in ovens is currently tremendous. There are tons of manufacturers and so many models that it makes your head spin. There are traditional "old" brands, as well as young and not yet well-known brands, but I chose Samsung. Why? Because it's practically the only company that reliably protects all electronics in its household appliances from voltage surges. Unfortunately, such surges are not uncommon in our home. We've complained both personally and collectively, but the voltage still fluctuates from 190 volts in the morning to 260 volts in the evening. Such fluctuations are undesirable for standard electronic circuits since it's very rare for a power unit to be designed to handle such a range. So, this oven is reliably protected from these issues right at the factory. The oven in black is very beautiful and also fits very well into the kitchen set. It is controlled using two recessed handles, the one on the left determines the heating mode (there are only nine of them, this is a lot), and the one on the right is responsible for the temperature (up to 250 degrees). The rest of the parameters are easily set on the touch surface of a nice blue backlit display. On it you can also choose one of the 20 preset cooking programs for different dishes. The oven chamber is large, 70 liters, with five levels of guides. There are built-in telescopic rails on the second level from the bottom, which is very convenient, since it is at this level that almost everything is baked. Regarding the quality of work, I can say that my wife is very pleased with her and for the first couple of weeks she was surprised at the incredibly uniform heating. There is an official guarantee. The same two convection fans are noisy and they make a lot of noise. My wife somehow did not appreciate the wonderful catalytic properties of enamel, she says that it is no easier to clean it than ordinary enamel. |
The model is simply gorgeous. There are telescopic rails on the lower level. It's convenient to take out the baking tray on them during cooking to flip the product. For those who haven't appreciated the auto menu with 20 recipes, I recommend trying it. It's easy - choose a dish, put it in the oven, and get an excellent result. I especially like and achieve great results with: Lasagna, Lorraine Pie, Sponge Cake, Marble Cake, Roasted Beef Tenderloin, and Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbs. But there are still many recipes I haven't tried. Quality cooking is achieved thanks to the use of Volt Control. Regardless of the input voltage in the network from 136V to 400V, all internal devices (compressors, motors, heating elements, control boards) receive the precise voltage for operation. In ovens, this affects the final accurate temperature throughout the oven chamber, achieved by precise voltage on the heating elements and the precise operation of two convection fans. Cleaning the oven is simple and effortless. Just pour half a glass of water on the bottom of the oven where there's a small indentation and activate the steam cleaning mode. After 10-15 minutes, simply wipe all surfaces with thick wipes or a cloth. All the grease remains on the wipes, and the oven is clean. Older stains can be cleaned with a metal brush. The bioceramic coating doesn't scratch like regular enamel. It even comes with a 10-year warranty. There's a catalytic coating on the back wall where all the baked-on grease simply burns off on the surface, so there are "bumps" left. One counter is not enough. But on the other hand, the baking sheet has a bioceramic coating, which makes it impossible to scratch it and subsequently burn food in these places. Maybe saving on this.
