The Pizza Maker is a rather specific and highly targeted device designed for true pizza connoisseurs. But Sage tried to ensure that its model worked as efficiently as possible and offered the user flexible settings for bringing culinary experiments to life. The manufacturer positions it as the first home tabletop oven that heats up to 400°C and allows you to cook real wood-fired pizza in just 2 minutes.

Of course, it does not use firewood and is powered from the mains, but it has an innovative design with three heat sources. There is a stone at the bottom that heats up quickly and evenly browns the pizza base. Top heaters generate intense radiant heat to thoroughly bake pizza sides and cheese. Convection heating ensures even browning of the filling, cheese and dough. The Sage SPZ820 is also considered a smart oven, as it has the Element iQ system.

These are special sensors that monitor the temperature and operation of the heating elements, and also direct power where and when it is needed to achieve optimal cooking results. The user can manually adjust the heating mode, set a timer and adjust the temperature (from 175 to a maximum of 400 degrees). But, in addition to manual settings, the pizza maker offers 7 more convenient preset programs.

These include Wood-Fired, iconic New York pizza, deep-pan pizza, and even frozen pizza. Appearance deserves special attention.
