Given the "poor condition" of sidewalks and roads in our city, buying a stroller with small wheels means subjecting a child to at least a year and a half of constant jolting. So all things being equal, I was looking for a stroller with large wheels, and I finally found it. The stroller isn't the lightest, especially with the bassinet. However, this very bassinet is just excellent. It's spacious enough so you don't have to worry about the size of the baby's envelope or clothing. It's sturdy and durable, which means it's safe, while inside, it features a nice removable lining made of natural cotton fabric and a high-quality double-layer mattress with coconut fiber (!). The top part of the bassinet can be raised, with a total of seven positions available. This is very convenient when the baby starts sitting up and is no longer interested in lying flat. Thanks to the large wheels and excellent suspension, it rides very smoothly. We're just about to switch to the seat unit, but it also inspires confidence. And with all this, the price of the stroller is quite reasonable. It barely fits into our old elevator. Ideally, it should go in easily and effortlessly, but in reality, I have to hold and push the elevator doors open with both hands while simultaneously pushing the stroller. When we go for a walk, the three of us (me, my son, and my husband), it’s not a problem. But during the day, with my husband at work, the elevator trip turns into a real ordeal. I have to hold the elevator doors with my hands and push the stroller with my stomach. It's a good thing I'm tall enough to reach the doors; otherwise, the situation would be hopeless. The stroller weighs quite a bit, over 15 kilograms without the child, and lifting it up and down from the seventh floor by stairs is almost impossible for me. |
