everything is good, except for a couple of downsides There is no Russian language on it. The seller included a clear rubber overlay with the Russian language (it feels like the keys are in a condom). Laser engraving of the Russian layout on the keys was done (for 8 EUR). No information is provided when the battery is running low. You find out when everything stops working... After installing the software, the utility may launch in native Chinese. |
Rapoo 8200M white I have been using the keyboard and mouse set for over a month now. From my experience, I can say - it's a great product! The keys are soft, have a short travel distance, and press easily without a loud clacking noise - maybe a bit firmer than on a laptop. The keyboard is full-sized plus 10 additional multimedia keys. A pleasant surprise was the calculator key. The mouse is of excellent quality with 5 keys and a scroll wheel. The DPI is adjustable, from 600 to 1600. The plastic is pleasant to touch, with SoftTouch coating on the sides, and the wheel is covered with a rubber "tire". The weight of the mouse with the battery (AA type) is 95 grams. As for operation, the connection to the computer via USB receiver was automatic and quick (OS Win-10 x64). There were no lags or delays in operation. In dynamic games (Need for Speed), I didn't notice any difference in reaction speed compared to a wired keyboard at all. About the drawbacks. The symbols on the white plastic are printed in gray, with no difference in the appearance of the English and Cyrillic letter layouts - that's bad (minus 1 point!). They could have used a more contrasting color! Furthermore, the keyboard lacks key backlighting (yes, I remember it's wireless!). It would have been better to increase the battery compartment to accommodate 2 batteries and include an on/off switch for the backlighting. I can decide myself when to use the backlighting and how often to change the batteries. And about compactness. The dimensions are 44*15.5 cm which clearly aren't compact, but I already knew that. Overall, I am satisfied with the set; the keyboard stays at home, and the mouse travels with me. However, the travels have slightly worn out the mouse, so the wheel sometimes scrolls backward and the button doesn't always respond, but it seems to happen only after I take it out of my backpack. Works well and steadily. Has lasted a sufficiently long time. Some letters have worn off, not all of them are frequently used. The mouse doesn't handle trips in the backpack very well. The Rapoo 8200M is an all-in-one wireless keyboard and mouse set that comes in both black and white. Versatility is manifested in three connection options at once: Bluetooth 3.0, Bluetooth 4.0 (these versions are not compatible with each other) and via the bundled USB radio module. Both the mouse and the Rapoo 8200M keyboard are powered by just one AA battery. The operating time without the need to change the battery directly depends on user activity: someone will have enough for a whole year, and someone will plant it in a couple or three months. If you are just an avid PC user, then it would be wise to get a pair of AA nickel-metal hydride batteries and a charger for them.

The keyboard of the Rapoo 8200M has a low profile like a laptop keyboard. There are also ten separate multimedia buttons to control the web browser and music player. The Fn key in combination with the numbers 1-4 is responsible for quickly switching between multiple controlled devices, such as a desktop PC, laptop, tablet, and set-top box.

The Rapoo 8200M mouse is compact, symmetrical, with a pair of additional customizable side keys and a relatively low sensor resolution (up to 1600 DPI), so it is more suitable for serious work than for games. Of course, you can run in story games, but for multiplayer games it is better to choose a specialized gaming mouse, for example, the Rapoo V280. And if you do not need to control devices via Bluetooth, then you can save money and take the Rapoo 8200P kit with a purely USB radio connection.
