Boilers from the FE series are energy-independent models with indirect heating, presented on the market by the popular brand Protherm. Inside the tank there is a loop heat exchanger, which can be connected to any boiler, solar collector or heat pump. The water heater allows to provide DHW with heating up to 85 °C. The heat exchanger is designed to work with liquid of 110 °C. The storage energy-independent boiler of indirect heating Protherm FE150/6BM is equipped with a magnesium anode, which protects the tank from corrosion and limescale.

If necessary, the magnesium rod can be replaced with electric anode protection, but in this case the water heater will require an electrical connection. The working surfaces of the tank and heat exchanger have an enamel coating. The water heater uses convenient and reliable floor mounting. The indirect heating loop and DHW pipeline are connected from above. The body is equipped with high-quality thermal insulation. Thermal insulation corresponds to the improved class B. Also note that the FE line of boilers includes models with a capacity of 100, 150 and 200 l. The permissible water pressure in the tank is up to 10 bar. The design is adapted for installation in places with limited free space.
