How to choose UPSMethods for choosing UPS for boiler, computer, refrigerator and other equipment
Model overview based on user reviews
The Powercom Imperial IMD-1025AP 1025 VA is an interactive UPS designed primarily for computer systems. It features universal batteries that are easy to replace, offering flexibility in terms of autonomy by allowing users to swap in more capacious batteries if needed. The UPS is equipped with a convenient display that shows voltage levels and other indicators, aiding in monitoring its operation. While it is powerful enough to support a computer with a 750W power supply and a 24-inch monitor, it is primarily intended for computer use, and connecting other equipment may require additional modifications. The device operates quietly, but some users may find the loud alarm and bright display backlight at night to be bothersome. Overall, it is a reliable model for maintaining computer operations during power outages.

Cons

good model, I liked it.

The UPS is powerful enough, so you can connect any computer to it. I have the device used to keep the machine running with a 750W power supply and a 24 inch monitor. I didn’t specifically test autonomy, I prefer to just turn off the equipment slowly if the light goes out. In theory, a fully charged battery should be enough for an hour of Internet surfing, although this depends on the consumption of the computer. During the operation of the device, there is no particular noise, which is quite pleasant. I like the convenient display, which displays the voltage level readings. There are also other indicators that allow you to monitor the operation of the device.
The manufacturer puts universal batteries inside, which are very easy to find on sale in case of failure of the complete ones. If you are not satisfied with autonomy, you can replace them with more capacious ones, the main thing is that the dimensions of the power sources match.
Annoying loud squeaker when the light is turned off. If you encounter the same sensations, then I recommend just turning it off. There is one very unpleasant moment: you can only power the computer. If you want to connect other equipment, then, alas, it will not work. The device is intended solely to maintain the operation of the computer. But, if you are a little electrician, then the problem can be solved. I would recommend doing this: buy a power cord, and connect a regular outlet to the end. At night, the backlight of the display is annoying, because. she's too bright.
