A video recording device of what is happening on the road in the popular format of the overlay on the interior rear-view mirror. Such a design does not block the view of the driver of the car and does not catch the eye from the street. Pioneer VREC-200CH's reflective panel is centered on a 4.3-inch diagonal screen that displays images from the main or rear camera, as well as the device's menu interface. To control it, sub-screen mechanical buttons are used. The car recorder records video in FullHD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) with a frame rate of 30 fps. The angle of view of his lens is approximately 120 °, which is not so much in the context of peers. Power is supplied to the mirror recorder via a wire from the car cigarette lighter socket. Recordings from the cameras of the device are s...aved to the microSD card in separate folders. In addition, the onboard armament of the model provides the presence of a shock sensor — the so-called G-sensor, when triggered, the associated video materials are automatically moved to a special section for emergency file saving.

The Pioneer VREC-200CH dashcam is a well-regarded model that offers discreet installation on the rearview mirror, making it barely noticeable while recording. Users appreciate its high build and recording quality, with the ability to clearly read license plates from up to 20 meters away, even at night. The device features a compact 4.3-inch screen and supports various display modes. It includes a second camera, which is beneficial for parking, although some users found its installation more challenging. The dashcam records in HD resolution and is compatible with memory cards up to 32 GB, though it may require a higher-class flash drive for optimal performance. great model, love it

Installation takes little time, the recorder is not visible, the rear view mirror just hangs and that’s it, it’s also easy to push out the wires. The rear view camera was more difficult to install, but in general everything looks like original) the recorder itself records in high resolution, I looked at what happened, the license plates are easy to read from 20 meters away, at night a little less, but visible in any case.
it’s not noticeable that there is a registrar standing and constantly recording!

I replaced the Chinese recorder, it doesn’t take up much space and there are no hanging wires, I didn’t install the camera that comes with the kit, it’s a standard one, but it might be useful for someone. I had to replace the flash drive because the recorder is demanding of them, it’s better to buy it right away if you had a low-class flash drive before, like I did))
build quality and recording quality, readability of numbers, definitely up to 15 meters.

Easy to connect, the power cord is long enough to run neatly around the glass. The second camera is a nice bonus, it helps when parking, you can see the distance and curbs through it - this is my first experience with a rear camera, so I’m glad. There are no complaints about the main recording function, it writes as expected in HD resolution at 60 frames - the most optimal option. The flash drive is expensive, so there are no problems.
Style, 2 cameras, picture quality, good sound.
It would be cool in black.

Economical choice

The Pioneer VREC-200CH rearview mirror-mounted dash cam offers the basic features every driver needs. The main camera guarantees a good overview, but is limited to HD resolution, which is why in poor lighting or rain conditions the video detail may be insufficient. The optional sensor also has limited resolution, but features LED illumination activated via a control cable when reverse is engaged, improving visibility when parking. The device is conveniently mounted on the rear view mirror using special clamps without the need for tools.

Simplicity and functionality

This DVR is equipped with a compact 4.3-inch screen that offers various display modes: separate image from the front or rear camera, picture in picture, or split screen in half. The video is recorded with sound, which can be turned off if desired. Recordings are saved to a memory card with a capacity of up to 32 GB, which is enough for daily continuous shooting. Automatic backup of recordings to a protected memory section is ensured thanks to the G-sensor, which is triggered upon impact.
