Very happy with the gift. I've long wanted a coffee maker. The coffee is wonderful and very fast. I like that there are so many functions. I can set it up and make myself coffee just the way I like it. Firstly, you can choose the grind size of the coffee - there is a controller to do this. Then, there is a system for selecting the coffee strength - you can set how strong I want the coffee (strong, mild, medium). There's a button to disable the coffee grinder and use already ground coffee. It's very convenient. No need to grind all the coffee that's in the grinder at once. There's an indicator showing how much water is in the coffee maker. Awesome. I especially like that the indicator shows the amount of water in cups, i.e., how many cups of coffee the water is enough for. No need to strain and think about whether to add more water or if it's enough. I like that the coffee maker turns off on its own after 2 hours. Drip-stop - that's when the coffee drips and you take out the carafe to pour coffee, and the brewing process stops temporarily until the vessel is returned to its place. Practical, as the machine doesn't get dirty and coffee doesn't spill. The display is beautiful, and the appearance of the coffee maker itself is gorgeous.
