 | Outdated Product A smart TV with good visual abilities and a proprietary Ambilight backlight system, which at times increases the effect of immersing the viewer in television reality. It is represented by LEDs around the perimeter of the rear panel, changing colour and intensity of glow depending on what is happening on the screen. The Philips 43PUS7805 display itself is based on an MVA-matrix substrate with a resolution of the broadcast picture 4K (3840x2160 pixels). The panel claims to support HDR10+ and Dolby Vision high dynamic range technologies. On the “smart” part, the TV runs under the control of a homegrown SAPHI operating system with a preinstalled Internet browser, an application package for viewing content online (YouTube, Netflix), an integrated Amazon Alexa voice assistant (called from the re...mote control microphone). On board the model there are three HDMI connectors, two USB ports, a dual-band Wi-Fi module and a wired Internet connection. Sound is output from the optical audio output. The TV panel's own speakers deliver 20W of total sound power and support Dolby Atmos technology. |

There are no questions at all regarding the image and sound quality of this TV. They are 5+ here. You get maximum pleasure from watching TV series, movies or games. And Phillips' proprietary Ambilight lighting is a different story. Anyone who tries it out at least once will understand how much it adds color and points to the viewing experience. A good and quite fast processor. There is no movie search on Smart TV and this is a minus for me. But you can live with it, considering how many advantages this TV has. sound at the level of a good home cinema, image as close to reality as possible, proprietary Ambilight lighting, fast operation without brakes, convenient menu inconvenient remote control (for me personally), no movie search in Smart TV  Daniil Tarasov: use Philips 43PUS7805 few months |
