Detailed FAQ on storage water heatersWe answer the most common questions regarding the installation and operation of storage water heaters
Model overview based on user reviews
The NOVAtec DIRECT DRY boiler series, including models like NT-DD 50, 80, and 100, offers an affordable option for households, with capacities ranging from 50 to 100 liters. Users appreciate its affordability and simplicity of design, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious buyers. However, several reviews highlight significant concerns about the product's durability and quality. Many users report tank leaks occurring shortly after the warranty period, with some experiencing issues as early as a year after purchase. The warranty conditions require annual servicing by certified technicians, which adds to the overall cost of ownership. Installation is generally straightforward, but some users faced challenges with mounting hardware and fittings. While the boiler maintains water temperature effectively, it is criticized for its lengthy heating process. Overall, while the NOVAtec DIRECT DRY series is cost-effective, potential buyers should consider the reported durability issues and additional maintenance costs.

A boler is like a boler, nothing ordinary. Installed with my husband in two, without problems. Quick and easy, the only thing that heats water for a long time, but also keeps the temperature for a long time. Affordable approach to the thermostat, keeps the water temperature for a long time Warms for a long time |
The tank started leaking after 2.5 years of periodic use, even before the warranty period stated by the manufacturer had expired. The warranty was naturally denied because it was installed independently; although a pressure reducer was used, it didn't help protect this junk of a tank from self-destruction. Just wasted money - it's better to pay extra and get something of higher quality. Price, simplicity of design Service life, quality of materials and assembly |
I do not have a small family, there are four of us, so the water heater needed an impressive volume. According to conservative estimates, in order to wash more or less normally, you need at least 30-40 liters of warm water, that is, if this is converted to hot, then 20-25 liters are required. I decided to support the domestic manufacturer and at the same time save money, so I bought this Vinnitsa electric boiler. One hundred liters is really enough for four people, but only with economical use. It is understandable, if you waste water thoughtlessly, then even one person might find 100 liters insufficient. There is a thermostat that allows you to set the desired heating temperature up to 75 degrees. It also has protection against excessive pressure and overheating. Very easy to install, my eldest son and I hung it up and connected it together. It is equipped with "dry" easily replaceable heaters. The mechanical water temperature indicator sometimes overstates the readings, and you might splash cool water on yourself, though it shows that the water is still warm. The water heating process is lengthy. The volume is large, and two heating elements barely suffice to heat it to the maximum temperature. Three and a half hours is really a lot, and if they had installed two-kilowatt heaters, it would be under three hours. The unique "Antimix" system, about which salesmen rave, has been known for about thirty years and is used by everyone who cares. Frankly, I'm tired of these exaggerated "unique" technologies that exist only in the fevered minds of marketers and can only work given profound buyer ignorance. |
