i recommend it to everyone. An excellent domestic option. normal appliance NOVAtec A 100, I would even say excellent! Family of 5 people. Worked for 5 years. On the 6th, due to my own fault (didn't clean the scale on the heating element and didn't replace the anode), the drain valve got clogged. The tank started leaking. Problems started appearing after 1.5 years of use. When heating water, it began to self-shut off the heating. I had to monitor and manually prevent it from turning off, but eventually it completely broke down. A service call in Kyiv is 200 UAH (just for the call). The service center suspects that the board has failed, but it needs to be ordered from Odesa. I am waiting for the technician with the board, which is expected within two weeks. worked for 1.5 years without complaints. Everyone was satisfied. When heating water, it started to turn off the heating by itself. I had to monitor it and manually force it not to turn off, but eventually, it stopped working altogether. |
