Perhaps the most interesting features of the Ninja Foodi Max OL750 are AirFry - fast frying of dishes with steam, without a lot of oil and with a crispy golden crust; Combi-Steam - a combination of steam with convection; frying, baking, and steaming bread; and dehydration—dehydration and drying of meat, vegetables, fruits, and other foods. After the end of cooking, the Auto-Steam Release function automatically releases steam to complete the process.
