A couple of days ago, I installed this air conditioner. What I want to say is that it works like a clock for both heating and cooling. Very quiet considering I am a very light sleeper. There are no extraneous noises like plastic creaking while it operates. It cools an 18-meter room quickly. The outdoor unit is not audible at all. The remote control is simple to use, considering everything is described in the manual. If you are going to install it yourself, make sure to stock up on PVS 3x1,5 cable, as the one in the unit is just 1.5 meters. Quiet in operation. Yes, in general, super Conder.))))))
