Since one air conditioner from Neoclima has already successfully worked for me for three years, I thought about the same brand as the main option when buying a second one. He works in a room of 18 square meters and, judging by how quickly and thoroughly he cools it down, he could work with a larger area. One of its main advantages is the inverter principle of operation. A conventional air conditioner runs at full power, cooling the air to the set temperature, turns off, waits for the temperature to rise, and turns on again at full power to bring the temperature down to the set temperature. The inverter works differently. It spins the compressor constantly, but as the temperature drops, the compressor simply reduces power and, upon reaching the set temperature, goes into low capacity mode to accurately maintain the set point. That is, there are simply no start-stop cycles that consume excess energy and increase the wear of mechanical parts in the inverter. That is why inverter air conditioners, other things being equal, are quieter, more reliable and consume less electricity with the same performance. It heats well, it can temporarily act as a fan heater, but I heard that you shouldn’t abuse this mode, it’s not good for an air conditioner. With all this, the price of such an inverter remains sane, it is not Daikin or Mitsubishi Electric with price tags from $1000. I didn’t really like the remote control, it looks cheap and the narrow layout makes you want unnecessary movements. And also this remote control does not work well for me personally from a distance of more than 4 meters, that is, it works, but often not the first time. |

In low power mode, that is, when maintaining the already reached temperature or in night mode, it is not silent, but the sound of operation is very, very quiet. You can hear it only at night, when there is no street noise and the neighbors are quiet. In short, you can sleep turned on and it does not create inconvenience. It freezes chic, you come home, the thermometer is 30.5 degrees, turn it on in turbo mode and leave for 10-15 minutes in another room (it is advisable to do this, otherwise you will catch a cold with a probability of 90%). After 15 minutes, the air in the room is completely different, the temperature was not the same as that set by the remote control, it approaches it, but the most valuable thing is that when the air conditioner reaches the desired value, it slows down and then works almost imperceptibly. All control, as I said, from the remote control. But the remote control here is not simple, but with the I-Feel function. Its meaning is that a temperature sensor is built into the remote control itself and the air conditioner in this mode is guided precisely by its readings. If you want to have exactly 24 degrees in your favorite chair, put the remote control next to it in 10-25 minutes it will be exactly the same temperature. An outdoor unit is the exact opposite of a quiet indoor unit. Noisy and even has a slight vibration. Well, the house is private and this noise does not bother anyone. |
