Good oven. Tried it once after purchase. The bread turned out tasty. Before placing the ingredients in the bucket, I greased the paddle and the bucket with vegetable oil. The bread baked well, did not stick, and was easily removed; the paddle did not remain in the bread. It detached from the axis normally.
