Haha, perhaps some childish fantasy speaks in me, thinking that by pouring in Motul oil, the car instantly transforms from an ordinary city car into a Formula One race car.
I've already driven a few thousand kilometers on it, and everything seems fine. The engine runs, fuel consumption hasn't increased, there are no unwanted noises, and there's no need to top it up.
Of course, the oil is quite thin compared to 5w30 or 10w40. 0w20 indicates that the engine can start with this oil at temperatures down to -35, W is a sign that the oil is suitable for winter conditions, and 20 shows that it doesn't thin out in summer until temperatures reach 30 degrees. It's simple, comparison tables for temperature regimes are widely available on the internet. The 0W20 index doesn't make it ultra-sporty; no, it's all about the temperatures. It's much more important to pay attention to the engine specifications, as this affects the oil composition and the additives included in it.
