What is LTPO display in mobile technology and how does it workLet's figure out what an LTPO screen with an adaptive refresh rate is and how it differs from a regular OLED

Why do smartphones start to slow down and what amount of RAM is now considered optimal?Let's explore the reasons for the slowdown and the optimal amount of RAM for smartphones

1. Screen according to most parameters. Decent brightness for IPS, 120Hz that can be set to adaptive to save battery. No PWM. 2. Fast memory that would be enough for almost everyone. I've got 12/256 which is more than enough for me. 3. Good package includes a charging adapter and an initial-use case. 4. Good autonomy and decent charging. Battery 6000. Without games, with adaptive brightness and refresh rate using mobile internet and Wi-Fi, the battery easily lasts for one and a half days and 10 hours of active screen time. From 10% to full, it charges in an hour, which is quite fast for 18 watts. 5. Camera. Many consider it a drawback. But in my experience, the quality of video and photos is not inferior to competitors. It has two big advantages. First, all its modules are stabilized. The ultrawide and front cameras have electronic stabilization. The main camera has optical stabilization and another big advantage is that it can record video at 1080p 60fps, while competitors record at 30fps. 6. Matte body that doesn't collect scratches and fingerprints. 7. The Esim feature will be useful for many as it can hold 5 numbers. 8. Availability of NFC. 9. Smooth performance. 10. Great stereo sound. 11. The fingerprint scanner works excellently. 1. The quality of assembly and the material from which the camera glass is made. In my unit, the frame started creaking at the top and bottom on the second day of use. There are small scratches that were made at the factory as they are painted over. The camera glass scratches literally from the air. Therefore, it's better to put a protector on it or get a case that covers them. In my case, there was a small noticeable scratch on the camera glass on the new phone straight out of the box that is visible from any angle. 2. Software bugs. They are not critical, but still present. For example, I often encounter a bug where I cannot disable a feature (like Bluetooth or flashlight) in the notification shade. It requires opening and closing the shade a few times for it to start working. The second bug is related to the reading of battery usage data. It is inaccurately or not read at all 90% of the time. 3. Software updates and manufacturer support. To update to the latest version of Android 13, you need to connect to Wi-Fi on a clean new phone without inserting SIM cards and check for updates. As of writing this review, updating to Android 14 is only possible via PC. However, I do not recommend updating yet due to the bugs described above. It is unlikely to receive Android 15, but there will still be two years of security patches. 3. SIM card and memory card slot. It is designed for one physical SIM card and a memory card. So if, like me, you had two physical SIMs, be prepared to transfer one to eSIM. I understand this is a plus for many, but transferring a number was initially inconvenient for me as I often swap SIMs. ![]() |
I've been using this phone for about 2 months. Before this, I had the Honor 10 and would have kept using it, but I broke the screen, so I had to replace it. Therefore, I will compare it specifically to that phone. Well, what can I say, the phone evokes mixed feelings. On the positive side. The IPS screen is of good quality, I really like it, although on a sunny day the brightness is lacking. The fingerprint scanner on the side is very convenient and works great. The additional features from MOTO (turning on the flashlight by shaking, turning on the camera by rotating) are very handy, but unfortunately, taking a screenshot by tapping on the back almost never works, though the sidebar helps a lot with this. The amount of internal and RAM is more than sufficient. The performance is satisfactory for me. Auto-brightness (which is crucial for me) works correctly. The camera quality, to be honest, is not very good, but considering the price, it's generally okay, plus stabilization works fine. The battery confidently holds a charge for 2 days, of course, if you're not watching movies all day. The main advantage is the price. When I bought it, the price was 6999 minus 300 in bonuses, so it was 6700. For such a phone, the price is more than pleasant. But unfortunately, there are drawbacks, mostly related to the software. I hadn't used pure Android before and decided to try it. To be honest, I wasn't bothered at all by the additional apps on Honor; some were even useful. But here, I had to install the gallery, notebook, calendar (the one provided is inconvenient), and all of this comes with ads (not many, but they are there). Screen. Autonomy. Goodies from MOTO. The smartphone is focused on work. Games come second. An excellent budget processor allows you to surf the Internet without lags or freezes, clear sound during a conversation, a slightly castrated Google call recording function (the operator will definitely scare your interlocutor with a message that the conversation is being recorded). I switched to G54 12/256 Power from Poco X3 Pro, so the sound from the speakers seems a little weak (Poco screamed like a victim). The cameras are normal for their price, but crude software processing slightly blurs the images, even installing Google Camera does not help. Well, the autonomy here is simply royal... 2 days easily. In general, the smartphone is ideal for me, and gamers, of course, will screw it up. To each his own... 1. Autonomy, 2. clear sound, 3. excellent fast processor, 5G router makes it just fly, 4. build quality, 5. pure Android without advertising garbage, 5. the amount of RAM allows everything you open and hang in the background not a single program will close, 6. in two months of operation the main storage device has not become cluttered even by 30%... space in the car... etc. Not detected. ![]() |

I got it to replace my two-year-old Redmi. There are more pros than cons. Considering the price, you can overlook the cons. I'll list all the pros and cons below.
I can't categorize the processor as either a pro or a con, as it holds up well against competitors but isn't better than them.
