Having proprated 13 years!!! Reliable, convenient. When measuring, a correction is necessary - I noted (compared to the mercury thermometer) that this device always showed 0.4°C less when measuring under the armpits. Thus, I simply added these 0.4°C to the result. Overall, there is a table included, which indicates measurement errors in different anatomical areas. |
I've been using it for 6 years – it's a long story)))), and in fact, I've bought it twice already because I lost the first thermometer after 2 years of use. I bought the same one again. After a year, when we were renovating, I found the old one)))) though, without the battery cover. It works!!! I use both. I measure not only body temperature but also water temperature, it's more reliable than an alcohol thermometer. To use it correctly, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!! + Sometimes children play with it, folding it almost in half. And it works properly. I've compared it to a mercury one.
