To achieve the best taste, the Melitta Caffeo Solo E950-103 coffee maker supports the pre-wetting function (freshly ground coffee is moistened with water before direct brewing), which allows you to optimize the extraction of aromatic coffee oils.

The control system allows you to control the degree of grinding (3 steps), as well as the strength (3 options), volume (from 30-220 mL) and the temperature of the finished drink (3 options). A setting that takes into account the degree of water hardness is also possible (when installing the Melitta PRO AQUA claris filter cartridge, the machine adjusts automatically). The coffee grinder runs until it is completely empty, preventing mixing of different types of beans. A full filling of the coffee maker (125 g of beans and 1.2 liters of water) is enough to brew 14-18 standard espresso shots.
