Model overview based on user reviews
The Marshall Mode EQ headphones have received mixed reviews from users. Many appreciate the build quality and sound, noting that the headphones offer good bass, especially when paired with a quality sound source. However, several users have reported significant durability issues, with components like the plugs and microphone failing after a few months of use. Some users found the equalizer feature to be ineffective, and the lack of a volume control was noted as a downside. While some users were impressed by the brand and overall performance, others felt that the headphones were overpriced for the quality offered, suggesting alternatives like JBL for better value. Overall, the Marshall Mode EQ headphones seem to cater to those who prioritize brand and sound quality, but potential buyers should be aware of the reported durability concerns.

I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone, nothing is better than this misunderstanding.

This will be a long text, but concise about these headphones.

Choose something better, even the Xiaomi Pro performed better and only lasted less because of my dog chewing them.

No matter how much praise these headphones get, they aren't even worth 2000, considering the terrible quality of materials, assembly, and general impression from use. Listen to Sony or some other headphones, but definitely not this misunderstanding.
Average sound with not the worst bass, those I gave it to listen to were satisfied.
Quality...: This is their worst aspect. At first, they were not bad, but literally after a month or two, the plugs with the logo started falling out (I bought them in a reputable store, not some random stall, so they are definitely original), which caused one of the earphones to sound differently. After some more time, the metallic band completely lost its coating; it's just ordinary paint, so it doesn't last long. After half a year of daily use, the rubber connections at the junction of the wires and earphones began to disintegrate until they turned into something unrecognizable. About three months later, the microphone died during a conversation for no known reason. Now, after serving me for a year, they finally gave up; first, the sound disappeared in one ear (left), and then recently in the right one. After their final demise, I took them apart out of curiosity. The entire inner part of the earphone casing was clogged with both animal fur and dust, and the glue holding the drivers was already partially detached, allowing fur and dust to get into the back of the casing.

Ergonomics: Quite comfortable, I can praise the included tips; if possible, switch to foam or tree tips immediately.

Sound: I expected more after watching reviews and reading feedback, but it doesn't stand out in any way. The midrange is unremarkable, and in complex tracks, the highs blend into a complete muddle (on all sound sources, from phone to external sound card).

Once you've been on marshals, you'll never be able to move on to others.

I listened to all the earbuds up to 150,000 at the Dr.head store. It took 4 hours to go through all of them. The Marshalls outperformed everyone else, and I was very surprised that no other headphones matched the level of the Marshalls. Before buying, they brought me headphones for 100,000, and they sounded close to the Marshalls, but still not at the same level. Initially, I wanted to buy something from the expensive segment, but after listening, I was disappointed with headphones from other manufacturers, which didn't play clearly and crackled at half the phone's volume. The quality of bass isn't even worth mentioning. I bought the Marshalls again; my previous pair lasted almost 5 years before breaking. I treated them quite harshly, submerged them many times. I pinched the wires hard, but they held up. In my opinion, they are worth more than 150,000, as they outperformed everything cheaper in this segment. I recommend buying them. For 2790, it's a gift.
+Price/quality
+Durability, if they break, buy new ones, luckily the price is low
+Sound quality
+Lots of bass, even more when I listen with a PC equipped with a Sound Blaster ZX sound card
There are none. There is one though. There is no more expensive model of headphones from marshals. I would spend it with pleasure.

Excellent headphones, the price is a little high, but everything is at the highest level. I've been using these headphones for 2 years and have no complaints. I have never seen better in-ear headphones.
Build quality, sound, protection against wire fraying, service life.

The updated version of the Marshall Mode EQ headphones has been expected by many music lovers who love powerful bass sound. You will have to pay about 80 USD for the model, which is almost 30 USD more than the price of the previous Mode.

Cool old school

The Mode EQ hasn't gained anything new in design other than a gold-plated L-shaped plug and a spring to protect the cable connection from breaking. But these are more constructive improvements than external ones. The body is still plastic, but solid, and the logo on the outside indicates that it belongs to Marshall.

Sound

The Mode EQ feature is the Bass Boost equalizer switch on the remote control. There is also a built-in microphone for telephone communication. When the equalizer is on, the bass is noticeably increased, sometimes even too much. This mode is suitable for listening to songs with a pronounced rhythm section, hard rock. In the off state, the sound picture is more transparent, the bass becomes accentuated and elastic, and the mids do not fail. The sound in this mode is more versatile. The scene is wide and open, and the detail is very clear.

Marshall Mode EQ is suitable for music lovers who listen to music of a wide variety of styles: from minimal and hip-hop to funk and metal. But in fairness, it is worth saying that there are cheaper models on the market with equivalent and even greater capabilities.
