Network planer with a power of 850 W, designed for planing flat surfaces, rebating up to a depth of 25 mm, and forming chamfers on the ends and edges of wooden workpieces. The tool has a planing width of 82 mm. The planing depth of the Makita KP0810K planer is adjustable from zero to 4 mm using a rotary knob, which has a scale with 0.1 mm increments and clear locking in each position.

The drum design allows for the use of double-sided carbide blades (installed on the tool) or single-sided blades, suitable for resharpening, which are sold separately as accessories. The tool weighs 3.3 kg. The power cable is 2.5 m long. The planer comes with a dust collection bag (attached to the left or right chip ejection pipe), a parallel guide, a depth gauge for rebate selection, and a plastic case.
