Model overview based on user reviews
The Magtech N2 Extreme 1300 air rifle, featuring a gas spring and a 4.5 mm caliber, has received mixed reviews. While it is noted for its decent quality, users have expressed concerns about its weak destructive power and the difficulty in breaking the barrel. The advertised muzzle velocity of 400 m/sec is questioned, with some users reporting actual speeds significantly lower than claimed, suggesting that the figures might be exaggerated. Additionally, the rifle is considered loud when fired. Comparisons with other models, such as the Hatsan 125, indicate that the Magtech N2 Extreme 1300 may not offer the best value for its price, as alternatives appear to deliver better performance at a lower cost. Overall, potential buyers might want to consider other options if power and value are priorities.
Pros
Cons
From 15 meters the 25 does not penetrate the board, it is difficult to break the barrel, the sound when fired is loud. Not bad quality Weak destructive power. |
I don't know where they got these figures of speeds at 480 m/s and more, maybe it's with plastic bullets. But taking the IBH 716 chronograph and measuring a 4.5 steel ball on ultra-precise jeweler's scales, it came out to 0.34 grams, and after shooting it through the chronograph about 25 times in a row, I didn't see anything like that. My Hatsan 125 delivers 410-415 m/s with it (0.5 g bullet 375-382 m/s), and this not-so-famous Brazilian stick only reaches a maximum of 378-383 m/s and nowhere near 480. So it turns out that shooting a 0.5 g bullet, I get only 360-355 m/s. Long story short, guys, it's purely a marketing move. The Hatsan 125, with similar characteristics, turned out to be 10-15% more powerful in my calculations. Almost none. Declared power is a common advertising gimmick by Latinos. use Magtech N2 Extreme 1300 few months |
