How to choose UPSMethods for choosing UPS for boiler, computer, refrigerator and other equipment
Model overview based on user reviews
The Logicpower LPY-B-PSW-500VA is an interactive UPS designed for stable power supply with a peak output of 500 VA and a rated output of 350 W. It features a pure sine wave output, making it suitable for sensitive electronics. Users appreciate its quick switch to battery mode and informative screen. However, a significant concern is the discrepancy in output voltage when powered from the mains, as it reportedly delivers 30V less than the input voltage, which could affect connected devices like boilers. The UPS is equipped with essential protections such as short circuit and overload protection, but the noisy fan during battery operation is a noted downside. Despite these issues, it offers external battery connection and cold start capability, making it versatile for various setups.
Pros

Cons

Suitable for long and stable operation of a load of about 500 watts

Kum bought a similar Chinese uninterruptible power supply, but with a lower power of 350 watts. I decided that it was necessary to create a power reserve, you never know what else besides the boiler you want to turn on. And the price of that 350 and this 560 watt model differs not at all as much as you might expect. In short, I bought it, but I decided to experiment with the battery. First, for testing, I took his LogicPower LPMG 12V battery for 65 ampere-hours from my godfather. I tried and realized that either the battery manufacturer was lying, to put it mildly, or I did not understand anything. It became clear that such a capacity is enough only for the boiler, and then no more than 4-4.5 hours. Therefore, for myself, I purchased a more powerful battery, for as much as 152 ampere-hours. The fool is, of course, decent. And her size is rather big, and she weighs as much as 43 kilograms. But this is a completely different level, I did not manage to discharge it with a boiler, I worked for more than 12 hours. Together with the boiler, you can safely turn on the TV, LED refreshment for half the house, a laptop and other small things. I loaded it up to about 500 watts, it holds well, stably.
Quite a powerful uninterruptible power supply that can power not only the boiler. Paired with a good battery, it can work really long and stably. When running on battery power, it produces a good sine wave. I took an oscilloscope at work and made sure of this myself. It does not look as clean as promised, but for a low-power electric motor it will do. Switches to battery very quickly. Any normal impulse block does not even notice these milliseconds. It has a decent control scheme and an informative indicator screen.
Noisy air cooling fan. It starts buzzing when running on batteries or when it is charging, that is, as soon as the converters come into play. Did not pull the submersible water pump in the well. The pump power is 380 W, but the starting current is probably too large and the uninterruptible power supply goes into protection ((
I do not recommend buying.

The boiler is supplied with voltage less than the mains voltage by 30V. If there is 200V in the network, then 170V will be supplied to the boiler
The voltage from the battery is clearly 220V
Napmsano: output voltage 220V. Lies. When powered from the mains, the output voltage is 30V less than the input voltage. For example: input 220V, output 190V, input 230V, output 200V, input 240V, output 210V.
use Logicpower LPY-B-PSW-500VA month or more i recommend it don't buy
