Impressions from the use of this tonometer confirm its name. It is really small, comfortable and measures blood pressure no worse than a doctor. We specifically checked the latter fact by comparing his readings with those measured in the clinic and obtained from a mechanical tonometer taken from neighbors. Of course, there is a spread, but it is small and does not have a serious impact on the final result. Unlike mechanical blood pressure monitors, here the final figures are not affected in any way by a person and this is a big fat plus. The second and no less important advantage is that it measures quickly. It usually takes no more than two minutes from the moment you put on the cuff to the results. A nice feature of this particular model is its ability to memorize measurement results. Moreover, there are two independent memory banks, which are called by the corresponding buttons M1 or M2. This memory is completely non-volatile and stores not only the pressure figures, but also the date / time when these figures were received. The tonometer can be powered by four AA batteries or, if they are suddenly discharged, from a power supply unit Six months later, one of the seams on the cuff began to diverge. It's good that it was an auxiliary suture and the problem did not affect the operation of the tonometer in any way. In principle, it was possible to contact the warranty workshop, since a one-year warranty is separately given for the cuff. But when I found out where the service is located in our city and imagined trips to the service workers in this darkness, the idea no longer seemed successful. And the wife sewed the seam neatly. |
