An advanced TV with an “organic” panel as a screen is the youngest model in the C1 OLED guard. The design feature of the LG OLED48C1 is the centre stand with a suspended screen effect that seems to float above the table. The self-illuminating matrix of the TV produces a colour-rich image, boasts a refresh rate of 120 Hz and, of course, a 4K picture resolution (3840x2160 pixels). In addition to the already traditional HDR10, Dolby Vision and HLG, the C1 works with the Dolby Vision IQ format. The TV supports AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync Compatible technologies with a supported frequency range from 40 to 120 Hz. And the TV panel displays a picture with a delay of only 1 ms, which will be appreciated by the gaming audience. Reveal the potential of the model HDMI v 2.1 connection ports in the...amount of 4 pcs. The speaker system of the TV is made according to the 2.2 scheme with a total power of 40 watts. The "smart" shell of the TV panel is represented by its own webOS 6.0 smart system. The practical Magic Remote pointer is used to control the operation of the TV panel.

Good to go!
27 January 2022
Can't fault the picture quality. The screen is amazing. LG knows what they're doing. By default, it comes with an eco mode - everything is dark and dim. However, with manual settings, you can get it to a decent level.

As for the speakers, they didn't put much effort into them. The sound is flat. This didn't particularly bother me. I bought it for the screen. I also pre-purchased a 5.1 system from Yamaha, and I recommend the same to you. Now it's bliss.

You should pay attention to its weight and dimensions. Transporting and assembling (the stand) a 55" alone is dangerous. The top part of the screen is very thin, and given the weight, you shouldn't grab it there.

It's interesting to know that starting in 2021, LG decided to drop DTS sound support, so when watching videos from a flash drive, this format won't be available. In those cases, I use a media player.

A couple of months later, a button on the remote broke, but that's that...

good model, liked it

If you plan to set it up yourself after purchase, you'll struggle a bit. First, assemble the stand with 3 screws, and then place the TV onto it.
The image quality and operating speed are top-notch.
The stand does not inspire confidence, so if you have clumsy people around, it's better to mount it directly on the wall.
