Bright and detailed children's block designer based on the Disney cartoon "Up". Designed for kids aged 9+ who love block building and fantasy adventures. Positioned as an affordable mid-range product from the 2023 LEGO Disney family. The main assembly of Lego Up House 43217 is Fredriksen's house and also a small part of the yard. On the lawn fenced with a white fence, there is a cylinder for pumping helium into balloons, as well as several specimens waiting for their turn.

There is also a mailbox that belonged to Ellie and Carl. The house is made of multi-colored panels, which are interconnected with clips.
