i don't know what rating to give, I'm writing a second review after a short period of use of the 2021 model with the ridiculous engineering design of the "clamp" on the steering. I purchased the 13 18Ah model and upon opening it turned out to be a 18Ah battery. It works, rides swiftly, is heavy, and needs constant maintenance, or maybe it doesn’t, but for me, it does. There is a flashlight and brakes are encountered on the road. Well, I don't even know where to start, probably the biggest problem is the steering column, a very unreliable design that I've had to rebuild several times. And after the last revision, it's hard to say how long it will last. In the end, I machined a bushing from available materials (PTFE) and secured it with two screws (with internal hex) and the play seems to have disappeared. Before this modification, I was sealing the factory bushing with sheet materials, but after a short period of use, the play would manifest. Requires a full technical inspection and fine-tuning. Model from 2021, some bearings are missing lubrication, and it's also absent in the "shock absorbers", everything needs tightening and there's a bunch of minor stuff too. Yes, sometimes something needs to be tightened, adjusted, lubricated... but with proper maintenance, the device works reliably and provides positive emotions from use. Power. Can ride two people.
