Model overview based on user reviews
The Koss CS-100 USB headphones offer good sound quality, but users have noted significant issues with the microphone. When connected to a laptop without grounding, the microphone produces a terrible hum, which only disappears when the laptop runs on battery. While the microphone's sound is clear under these conditions, the headphones' flimsy construction and discomfort are also concerns. Potential buyers should be cautious if microphone quality is a priority and their setup lacks proper grounding.
Pros

Cons

Do not buy if the quality of the microphone is important and there is no grounding in the mains

I bought it for the quality of the microphone, but it is phoning.
Good headphone sound and this is the only advantage.
1. The microphone generates a terrible hum when connected to a laptop running on a 220 V grid, which has 2 wires, i.e., without grounding. The hum stops only if the laptop is disconnected from the 220 V grid and runs on battery. The sound of the microphone in this case is really good and clear.
2. Flimsy construction, the headphones are uncomfortable, they press, and at the same time, they do not fit equally...
