The only thing I want to note is that the amount of flour indicated in the recipe is not sufficient, so the first bread turned out to be "a flop," i.e., a boat shape. "The top of the bread collapsed." Therefore, instead of 450 g of flour as per the recipe (calculated for a 750 g loaf), I use 500-530 g - then everything is just wonderful, resulting in a beautifully evenly baked loaf. Also, the yeast must be fresh - that's the key to success. I tried SAF-MOMENT and Lviv brands - both worked well. My husband bought it for me as a gift, so at first, I was upset that the choice was made without me. But... his choice turned out to be worthy. The compact size delighted me, as it didn't create additional placement issues in the kitchen. I've been using it for a month and have tried 2 programs - regular and French bread. The bread turns out excellent, everyone loves it. So far, the only downside, but it's insignificant - it mixes loudly. If you set it with a delay, it's better to close the kitchen door :) ![]() |
My disappointment is beyond words, but my husband hasn't given up yet. Maybe we got a counterfeit? We bought it at Media Markt. Appearance, price, availability of the recipe book. We bought it yesterday. We brought it home and joyfully baked French bread according to the recipe. The crust was magnificent, but inside it was raw. Today we decided to bake rye bread, also strictly following the recipe. Even worse: it rose and then fell, and inside it was raw again. Tomorrow my husband decided to make another attempt but on the lower level this time, although there's no mention of this in the recipes. When in use, there's a smell of plastic or phenol - it's hard to tell. use Kenwood BM 366 week i recommend it don't buy |
Everything is just super... really like it)))... I chose for a long time and carefully, I'm very glad I wasn't wrong!!! initially, there was some confusion with the flour proportions, but I managed to resolve it very easily...During the mixing process, I added more flour...Now I'm so accustomed to it that I just pour flour into the baking container by eye, without measuring cups))) use Kenwood BM 366 few months i recommend it should buy |
