It is positioned by the manufacturer as a mid-range 2024 product designed to extend the wireless coverage area in urban apartments, cottages, and small offices.

It helps in situations where the signal strength of one Wi-Fi router is insufficient due to long distances, interference, or large obstacles. It can be a convenient solution for problematic situations where laying an Ethernet cable is difficult or impossible. To improve reception quality and increase the number of serviced devices, the Keenetic Buddy 5 KN-3311 wireless Wi-Fi signal amplifier supports MU-MIMO 2x2 technology and is equipped with external antennas.
