The protagonists of the Karcher K 5 Power Control kit are the Power Control spray gun with an indication of the selected pressure level, the Vario Power jet lance with a swivel nozzle for adjusting the pressure, the Plug'n'Clean washing system (a niche in the housing for inserting bottles with cleaning chemicals) .

The model was equipped with a mud cutter, an 8-metre high-pressure hose, transport wheels and a convenient telescopic handle. The K 5 POWER CONTROL washer started leaking after just 7 months of use, I thought Kärcher products were more reliable. The 5-year warranty only applies if you extend it separately within 4 weeks of the purchase, but this is not mentioned anywhere on the website!!!! Only in the warranty card, which I found just now. Registration through the app doesn't count!

This is dishonest advertising. At purchase, it said 5 years of warranty - that's why I bought it. But in reality, it's a year!!!! How was I supposed to know that I needed to extend the warranty?! There are no links to this on the product page!!! The seller on Viber didn't say ANYTHING about this!!! There's NOTHING about this on the product's main page!!! Am I supposed to scour the website to understand this?! This is plain deception!!!

They didn't allow me to leave a negative review on the site!!!

I registered the product through the app: a huge colorful cardboard in the box and a QR code indicating to receive my bonuses - I thought this was the extension - the same information as in extending the warranty, but it turns out it doesn't count! And the extension - in small letters on the warranty card, which you never open! They do this on purpose to avoid fulfilling their commitments!!!!
