Janome Dresscode was bought by my husband for the New Year from the online store Ozon.ru. Within a month of use, I hemmed a new curtain and patched up a denim jumpsuit. Suddenly, it stopped switching stitches. Only the first straight stitch works all the time. Ozon gave us the phone number of a repair shop. They informed me that they do not service this model under warranty. They work on other models, but not this one, because the company that imports them hasn't made an agreement with them. I searched online for the website and service for the machines. On the janome.ru website, this machine is also not listed, and their service center said they won’t service a machine for free if they don’t sell it. Thank God, Ozon was accommodating, and despite the fact that it's been more than a month since purchase, they allowed us to return the machine and refunded the money. Now the machine is almost a thousand cheaper with you. They returned the amount I paid. Thanks for that! But it seems I made a mistake in choosing the product, and that’s disappointing.
