It is positioned as a product of the basic price category, designed to perform small and medium volumes of work. It can be used at home or as a replacement tool in professional activities. Equipped with an electric motor of medium power (300 W), which, together with the size of the grinding discs of 125 mm, provides a decent speed for grinding operations. Engine speed regulation is provided. The multi-position switch makes it possible to change it in the range from 5000 to 12000 rpm, which ultimately gives from 10000 to 24000 oscillatory movements of the tool per minute (eccentric stroke 2 mm). Cleans the surface of metal, wood, stone, plastic, glass, etc. Perfectly grinds surfaces of a...ny geometry (including concave and rounded ones). The Intertool WT-0541 eccentric sander has a system for automatically maintaining the oscillation frequency under load, so its performance always remains constant. To reduce the harmful effects of high-frequency vibration on the hands of the master, this model is equipped with a vibration damping system. During operation, it generates a significant amount of dust, most of which is collected in a dust collector (it is also possible to connect an industrial vacuum cleaner). |

Having bought this machine more than a century ago for 850 UAH. I will say this, for this price there is no pretension to it, just like taking it home, sanding wood and some metal. I liked that despite having low power, it easily handles P36 grit. Soft network cable. Worked with it for about an hour, the case was around 30° C at most. On the downside, I can immediately say about the drank collector, since it is plastic, after the 12th round, two small ties on the fastening were erased, and that’s it, the half of the collector began to come out of the machine, and the pill began to fly into the river From other sides. Button and wrap adjustment continue to operate, blowing once with a compressor. On large wrappers there is vibration, but in my opinion it would be normal for such a price |

For home use, something more powerful is better for production. price, ergonomics low power, it seems to handle all the sandpapers from 36 to 320 that I used, but it takes longer to sand. after a year of infrequent use, the brushes wore out, and I need to take it to service. |
