Good health to everyone! I bought a Hoozo X1001 tablet. After two weeks of use, it turned out there were problems with the battery. I called the store, got a hold of an inexperienced (new) manager, and didn’t receive a sensible and adequate answer, so I wrote a review on the store's websites. The next day they called me back, I sent it in, and got the money back on my card, although I was very worried (and the cashiers at Nova Poshta scared my wife, who was sending the device, with various "horror stories" like, "no tablet-no money!")! Without unnecessary stress, on the day of receiving the return, I received the money already late in the evening (!). It’s very pleasant that in our hard times, there are still real humane people left! They care for each client! The service is super! The guys are great! Highly recommend! And their equipment is good, even though it's not branded, it’s top-notch! Screen, performance, Android without unnecessary stuff. Battery. use Hoozo X1001 week i recommend it should buy |
