The system began living its own life: an unscheduled turn-on at 8:00 AM, which can't be reset on the remote, and after a couple of weeks of use, the desired room temperature had to be set three degrees lower because the previously set temperature didn't cool even after an hour of use. A few days later, a low-frequency noise ala electrical substation was added... I rule out the possibility of a power surge, as a relay is installed at the entry, which cuts off the supply during a voltage spike.
