Since we spend almost the entire summer at the cottage, a blender is one of my main helpers. From whipping up puree for the kids, making cocktails, to blending fresh berries for freezing - there's plenty of work to do. However, as my old blender can no longer handle the tasks, I started looking for a new one. I almost immediately settled on the Gorenje HBX884QE immersion blender, an excellent choice for a reasonable price, quite powerful and functional. I asked my husband to buy a blender when our daughter was five and a half months old, and we had to slowly start complementary foods. At first, I honestly tried to rub vegetables through a metal strainer a couple of times, but it is long and inconvenient. The husband decided on the brand and model himself, but he consulted with me anyway)) Gorenye makes good equipment, the parents have a refrigerator and a microwave, these are brands, so they bought without hesitation. And they did it right! Five months have passed and now our little girl is happy to eat vegetable and fruit purees, juices, cereals, and recently we have already tried to give her meat ground into gruel. It instantly turns any dry product into crumbs, and if you overdo it, it turns into dust, and vegetables and fruits into a homogeneous gruel. Even beef turns into puree in just 15-20 seconds. There are 6 speeds, but I rarely turn it on to the maximum, usually it is not necessary. There are rubber pads on the bottom of the grinder, so it does not slip on the table. The same overlay is on a tall glass, in which I use a whisk to make milkshakes for myself. And this blender is beautiful and convenient. The place that you take with your hand has some kind of especially soft and non-slip coating. Very easy to clean after use. The instructions say that they can only work continuously for 30 seconds. In fact, not everything can be done in 30 seconds, but I'm afraid that it can burn out, so I have to pause and let it rest. I would probably think that all blenders work this way, but my parents have a Brown blender and it can work without interruption for a minute and a half. |
