Mountains of dishes are not a problem

The model, released by the Slovenian company Gorenje in 2019, is notable for its large capacity of 16 sets. This will allow you to quickly deal with soiled dishes even after large home feasts. At the same time, the overall dimensions for installation of the Gorenje GDV 670SD are quite standard: 820x600x570 mm.

The washing chamber is divided into three baskets: the traditional tandem is complemented by a pull-out tray for cutlery. And the MultiClack adjustment system makes it possible to distribute even large utensils in the right way.

All the necessary programs “on board”

The dishwasher supports 5 programs. This is an automatic wash that starts with virtually one click, and everything else is done by “automation”, fast 20-minute, economical, intensive and rinsing. The “Quick Wash” (reduces cycle time) and “Extra Hygiene” (increases operating temperature) functions are optionally available. In addition, there is activation of automatic door opening for natural drying (proprietary TotalDry technology) and delayed start up to 24 hours.

The touch control panel helps you select a program and options. To control and visualize processes, the Gorenje GDV 670SD, in addition to the display, offers a beam that projects light onto the floor, which serves as a hint for the current operating state of the device.

Reliable and economical motor

Despite its large capacity, the dishwasher is characterized by enviable efficiency. Thus, energy consumption corresponds to class A+++ (245 kW/year), and the minimum water consumption is 7 liters per cycle, which, in terms of one set of dishes, provides a record low figure of 0.44 liters. There should also be no complaints about the noise of the model (up to 41 dB).

The disadvantages of the Gorenje GDV 670SD include its rather high cost. But if you need the most spacious and at the same time extremely economical dishwasher, then the device has almost no competitors. Somewhere nearby there is another model from Gorenje - GDV 660, but it is inferior in terms of water consumption.
