I don't even know if it has any merits except for "looks nice." The previous 2 reviews are also mine (borik). It's been 2 weeks since the control board was replaced and less than a month since the purchase - IT'S LEAKING, DAMMIT!!! Slowly, only when heating, but IT'S LEAKING, and the most frustrating part is - it's leaking onto the board and wires under the cover... |
on the 3rd day, the automation that turns on the heating elements stopped working and doesn't show an error. I don't know what to do yet :( didn't see do not take with electronic control!!!! |
The boiler is simply excellent! No complaints at all. In the first days after purchase, there were some nervous moments (first the thermometer failed, then the control board, then the bottom of the tank started leaking). The service center workers fixed everything quickly and for free. After the last repair (it's been about 2 years now), not a single issue. I wanted to clean the heating element and the tank, but the water hasn't caused any damage to it (in the first year of use, it's MANDATORY to call the service people to clean the tank and heating elements, otherwise the 7-year warranty might be disputed). I almost never turn it off. Set the automatic to 65 degrees, and it maintains the temperature between 61-64 degrees. It's quite enough for a family of 3 people plus guests (in Crimea, there are always guests ;)). A lot of bad things are written here... I even left some not-so-flattering reviews. Now, let me also share a positive note. Pros: Looks elegant, the digital panel adds modernity; if not turned off completely, in automatic mode at 65 degrees it "consumes" about 200 kWh per month, which is quite economical for its counterparts; easy to maintain. 80 liters of hot water is quite enough for a family of 3 people. Cons: I had some concerns in the first month after purchase (the temperature sensor burned out, then the control board, and then the tank leaked). But thanks to the quick work of the service team, these issues left no mark. |
