Worked for 3 months. Stopped heating food in microwave mode. Called the manufacturer, they promised to send a technician to my home. A few days later, the technician arrived and began inspecting the microwave. He put a glass of water inside, waited some time, and voila - the water heated up. I wasn't at home at that moment; he showed this trick to my mom. The trick was that he set the water to heat in grill mode. Before leaving, he said that now food needs to be heated for 30 minutes. After hearing this wonderful story when I got home from work, I decided to take the microwave back to the store and return it under warranty, since the manufacturer didn't want to fix it. After waiting 50-60 days, I was informed that the device was irreparable and they would refund my money. Draw your own conclusions, folks. Exterior design. Terrible support from the manufacturer. |
