Model overview based on user reviews
The Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 tires are highly praised for their excellent grip on both dry and wet roads, providing predictable braking and stability during cornering. Users appreciate the minimal tire wear after extensive use, with one review noting only 2.2 - 2.3 mm wear after 20,000 km. The tires are considered a great value for money, offering quality performance at a reasonable price. While some users mention they can be quite noisy, the overall performance and durability seem to outweigh this drawback. They are recommended for both city and highway driving, with users noting their reliability in various conditions. However, one review suggests that the tires may not be suitable for sports cars, as the grip might not be as strong as expected for high-performance vehicles. Overall, the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 is recommended for its build quality, road behavior, and performance.

I bought Goodyear tires for my Volvo S90 last year. I've driven 10 thousand kilometers on them in a year, and I ride around the region a lot. And during my trips the tires have never let me down. Although they are designed for the city and smoother roads, they go smoothly on regional highways, even in the rain, they brake quickly, and accelerate smoothly. Good day to all! I want to share it with you. I recently decided to buy new tires for my Audi A6. New in every sense, take tires of a different brand, before that I drove Michelin. As a result, I learned about Goodyear; I trust companies with a 100-year history. I bought the Eagle F1 Assymetric 5 model and did not regret it. Excellent grip, I can easily take turns at high speeds, they brake instantly and stand, I would say, democratically. Excellent value for money and quality. Good grip, brakes quickly Nothing ![]() |
225/50 r17. Drove on these tires for just over 20,000 km, completely satisfied with the tires, minimal wear, the inner part of the sidewall wears a bit more, alignment is perfect, balance is normal. Made in Germany. Installed on an Audi A4 with 250 HP, all-wheel drive. Excellent grip on the road, both on dry and wet asphalt. No slipping or swaying when cornering. Short and predictable braking distance. Tire wear after 20,000 km is minimal, about 2.2 - 2.3 mm. The Continental PremiumContact wore out 1.5 times more over the same distance with the same driving style. However, it's more comfortable. The nicest bonus is the very reasonable price for sensible quality and excellent features. Quite noisy, but with their advantages, it doesn't bother much. use Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 245/40 R18 97Y more than year |
