No, there are 60 and 20 MB / s for reading and writing. CrystalDiskMark delivered 43.28 MB/s read and 13.96 MB/s write. Moreover, the speed is the same on both USB 2.0 and 3.0. And when recording a single file, windows showed that the speed is not the same throughout the recording, but varies from 1-11mb, basically it stays at the level of 7-10mb. Warranty.
