i purchased it due to financial reasons and the need to have a CDMA phone for communication. In Ukraine, operators like Kyivstar, Lifecell, and Vodafone are increasing their tariffs 2-3 times while providing terrible service quality, removing simple call and SMS packages. So, people are looking for voice and SMS services, and this is currently the cheapest operator in Ukraine - Intertelecom (this is not advertising, just stating the facts). I can recommend it for purchase based on these considerations. cDMA phone and all its benefits ONLY CALLS AND SMS, it is both a plus and a minus. The speaker is loud... but not too loud. You can only set factory ringtones for calls and SMS. Headphones were not provided by Intertelecom; supposedly not included in the package... but oh well, there's a headset and overall micro USB connection... but no 3.5 mm mini-jack. You need to order a micro USB-mini jack 3.5 mm adapter from China, such are available. A memory card can be inserted BUT you can only listen to music and audiobooks via the speaker or headphones... if included in the set or if you buy an adapter that works with the phone... You can't set your own wallpapers on the screen or MP3 ringtones for calls or SMS due to such engineering menu and manufacturer firmware... IMPOSSIBLE!! A strange decision, I would say, even for China... but for those who only need to talk + send SMS, it will suffice... although be prepared for clunky word input in SMS, the alphabet is frankly lacking... no Russian 'P,' using English 'P' instead. In short, you have to get used to everything... NO!!!! 3.5 mm headphone jack.... no flashlight at all, the back cover is flimsy and the memory card slot is essentially a formality rather than a demanded feature...
