I recommend it for 1.5k. If it costs more, then it might be worth choosing a little more.

Very good cooler for its price (bought for 1500 RUB). I can't say that its TDP is exactly 187 and not less, but it definitely cools well, and the cooler's edge lights up. It has been in the computer for about 2-2.5 years.
Quite quiet. Has the ability to sync lighting with other modules. The fan speed is adjusted depending on the temperature.
When idle or using a simple browser, the temperature of the CPU i5-9600k + Arctic Cooling MX4 thermal paste is 35-37 degrees Celsius. Under load, the temperature rises to 57-60 degrees Celsius. Installation is not as difficult as some say, you just need to secure them one at a time, not both at once.
The LEDs, which are visible separately, stand out a little unpleasantly, but this is a really minor detail. The mount is difficult to secure, be careful not to cut yourself on the radiator.
