I bought a Fiore frying pan from Fissman. I've been using it for about 8 months, and it's still as good as new in terms of quality. i've been using it for 1.5 years induction bottom. The pan heats up quickly but cools down slowly, distributing heat evenly. Never before has a dish turned out undercooked. I bought it a month ago and couldn't be happier with it. 1. I forgot what it means to grease the pan before each pancake. I don't use oil at all, and everything flips without problems. 2. The bakelite handle does not slip in the hand and hardly heats up. The main indicator for me is that I make pancakes almost every day, and I enjoy the cooking process.
