Advanced technologies
In action, the projector relies on 3LCD technology: under the external "wrapper" of the device, translucent LCD matrices are installed in the amount of three copies. Each of them is translucent with its base color (red, green or blue), and the final color "picture" is formed from images superimposed on each other. The light source of the model is based on bright laser LEDs with a "life" in economical mode of over 30 thousand hours.
Ultra short focus
The model belongs to the guard of ultra-short-focus projection equipment. To unfold an image with a diagonal of about 120 inches, it will need to be placed at a distance of only 82 cm from the wall. The projector matrix has a physical resolution of FullHD, but thanks to the optical filter, it is possible to broadcast content in 4K format. Also, the Epson EH-LS500 "eats" 3D and HDR video files.

The delay in displaying images from gaming consoles is about 27 ms. The balanced sound of the 20-watt speakers will please the viewing audience separately. The Epson EH-LS500 is perfect for daily, multi-hour use. But be prepared to pay a pretty penny for it and take into account the heavyweight category of the projector (over 10 kg).
