Aqua Clean Steam Cleaning System
The full-sized and spacious Electrolux SteamCrisp OKC 8H39 WX oven is a practical solution not only for preparing a hearty and tasty everyday menu, but also an excellent culinary assistant for baking lovers. The model is new for 2021, adding to the professional line of SteamCrisp ovens. This appliance uses traditional heating, grill, convection and steam functions to achieve excellent results. For complete control of readiness, you can immerse the temperature probe in the meat or pie, which will accurately monitor the heating temperature. Thanks to this, the meat always turns out tender and juicy without overdrying, and the dough products have a crispy crust on the outside and fluffy airy flesh inside. In this model, water is poured into the steam tank using a retractable container on the front panel. The steam power of the Aqua Clean system is also used to clean the oven surfaces at the end of the work. The internal volume of the cabinet, which is 72 liters, received 5 cooking levels, one of which is equipped with telescopic guides.

The control centre of the oven is an electronic programmer with touch buttons and a TFT-matrix display.
