Due to its compact dimensions for embedding (450x560x550 mm), the oven of the Swedish company Electrolux is suitable for owners of small kitchens and users who cook for 1 to 3 people (the chamber is designed for 43 liters). In addition to saving space, the model will also provide a careful consumption of electricity (energy class A +).

Abundance of modes

Electrolux EVY 5841 BOX supports a set of features traditional for modern electric ovens: bottom and top heat, convection (for even baking) and grill (for a characteristic crust). Various combinations of these functions translate into 11 cooking modes, including specialized ones such as pizza, defrost (semi-finished products) and quick grill (for bread toast).

The “Favorite Program” option will allow you to enter the desired heating and temperature settings into the device’s memory, thereby programming your recipes. In total, up to 20 own cooking programs can be stored. The traditional set of functions includes a timer, auto-off, control panel lock.

Temperature probe included

The oven, in addition to two baking sheets (deep and standard) and a grate, is equipped with a temperature probe. It will be useful to connoisseurs of meat and fish dishes, as it "knows how" to determine the temperature inside their pulp and control the degree of readiness: when the desired temperature values are reached, the Electrolux EVY 5841 BOX will turn itself off.

Touch control

The model received a touch control panel without rotary switches. It contributes to the convenience in the process of choosing modes, temperatures and other settings, and also makes the front surface of the device more attractive.

The disadvantages of Electrolux EVY 5841 BOX include rather laborious care of the internal chamber: a traditional type of cleaning is provided. Otherwise, given the reasonable cost, the oven is one of the best compact models in the initial price segment.
