The 4.7-liter bowl (with a working volume of 3 liters) excels in chopping, whipping, mixing, cooking, stewing, and kneading dough. The following attachments are included: dough spatula, cutting blade, mixing attachment, and butterfly attachment suitable for whipping and emulsifying sauces. A small steaming basket and a top-mounted steaming container consisting of a container, tray, and lid can be used with the bowl.
