This is a powerful and functional solution built on an OEM platform from Helly with a half-bridge topology, including two field-effect transistors, a synchronous rectifier, and secondary DC-DC converters.

Although the unit uses more affordable ChengX capacitors, the PL750D still demonstrates good electrical characteristics, with a moderate level of pulsation and minor drops under high load. Cooling of the power supply is carried out by a 120 mm fan with a sleeve bearing on a screw thread. At a load of up to 400 W, the fan operates at low speeds, emitting a minimal noise level. However, under high load, its speed increases, and the noise level can exceed 42 dB.
